About Purple Mandala

A former naval officer, licensed psychologist, inventor, artist, and leadership coach, Purple Mandala searches for depth in our transaction-oriented world to stay focused on what brings purpose to our lives.  Her need to explore our perceptions regarding what is true about ourselves and our world fuels her work and writing. She seeks to capture in some small way the vibrant color of the world that makes our eyes water, the astonishing things that make our ears delightfully ring, and the universal truths that make chills go up our spines.
